The Cardinal is an urban-style luxury retirement community being developed in the highly desirable North Hills section of Raleigh, North Carolina. Because research and database analysis indicated that a significant percentage of prospective residents would likely be drawn from a small geographic radius around the community, this ad placed in local publications leveraged the Cardinal's location, unique urban model and surrounding amenities to attract a demographic that already has a strong affinity for and ties to the area. The design evokes a sophisticated warmth and elegance that's consistent with the development approach and community positioning.
